We went to the rooftop to spend the afternoon and we loved the place. The wonderful views of the port, the music, the pool and the optimal treatment of the waiters. Many thanks to Marcelo, the cocktails he makes are delicious, always smiling and attentive he made us feel at home. The restaurant they have upstairs is another level, we will return for sure. We recommend that you reserve in advance if you want to have dinner, as in summer it is usually full.

We have gone to the roof top to have a drink, at night it is a place with spectacular views, good service, it is not cheap being a 5*. Every year we repeat, it is very nice to see the entire port of Sta Eulalia in the cool weather.

It is a hotel that wants to be very luxurious but that gets lost along the way and I don't think it is due to a lack of desire. The problem is the management of the center. The weak points without a doubt the reception and cleaning service. They were not able to meet the scheduled check-in or complimentary room check-out times.

Located in a quiet area compared to other areas of the island. The hotel met all my expectations. The staff was young, well prepared, and always ready to make the stay the best possible.
