I think they need to check their sign, because I think they have lost a star. So much kindness, so much attention, so much desire to please and to be concerned about the customers, five stars would not be enough. That you can go up and enjoy that wonderful breakfast, without rushing to finish and there is a person asking you when it would be a good idea for them to bring your car, so you don't have to wait, is absolutely a luxury, as is the treatment at breakfast, reception, in general, which is the tone of this luxurious hotel. It can only be achieved with a 10/10 staff.

Fantastic. Perfectly located for a getaway to Madrid, the rooms are magnificent, especially our suite. Comfortable and pleasant, very well decorated and especially quiet. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. As for the staff, they are excellent. Friendly, very friendly without being cloying. Really highly recommended.

The care with which they treat their clients and the affection they show towards the hotel itself is incredible. Located in the heart of Madrid, you can walk to all the most central places. Once you go once you will want to come back. Unbeatable.
