I was at a wedding on Saturday that some friends celebrated in one of their rooms. The attention and treatment of all the staff was excellent, complying with all the protocols worthy of such a ceremony. Very polite. The food was a delight, and the waiters were happy to attend to any request. They offered us to take photos on the terrace where the vertical garden is, and they kindly accompanied us there. Rooms and toilets clean and very presentable. We were delighted! A place to recommend, without a doubt.

Just come in to have a coffee but the hotel itself is on the outside in an emblematic building in Madrid, and with the welcome it has it already calls you to opulence and luxury. The reception was decorated very beautifully with Christmas decorations, and with a wrought iron canopy at the entrance, beautiful.

I love this hotel, its impeccable service. Very adorable people, especially the staff, masters of cocktails. A luxury in Madrid
