I went with a friend to spend the night and the experience was perfect. The room was beautiful and super well equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathrobe made you want to never take it off. The service was very attentive and Miriam at the reception was lovely, she explained everything to me wonderfully. Thank you very much for such a great experience.

Magnificent hotel, with exquisite treatment by all the staff, as well as the feeling of security that comes from seeing the security personnel controlling the hall and access to the customer-only areas. Very well located and close to the main attractions in the area (Arenal, Sol, San Ginés, Plaza Mayor). Very good nightlife in the hall and its two restaurants (Jerónimo and Oroya) are very notable. Also worth mentioning is the spa (the hotel's wellness package is highly recommended). The room was quiet and offered views of the Plaza del Celenque (Descalzas Reales). It seems unbelievable, but the truth is that we did not find anything negative. We went for a special occasion and we felt glorious. We will repeat in the future. Thank you so much.

A charming hotel. The cocktails were super delicious and the coffee is amazing… It immerses you in a bubble of tranquility and harmony. To highlight the attention of Antonio, a professional from head to toe, kind, friendly and willing to provide customer service. I want to thank him because with people like him it is a pleasure.
