Magnificent stay. And recommended hotel. Although there was a lack of staff in the pool area, we were always well taken care of by one of the waitresses, Ivania. Who was always attentive and provided us with spectacular service. Thank you Ivania for making our stay so pleasant. However, more staff were missed at the pool.

It is spectacular!!! Totally recommended because it feels like home. The facilities, rooms, pools… everything is very clean. I came with some friends and we had an incredible day. The buffet at El Capricho has been spectacular, both the food and the service. We were received wonderfully and the service was 10. At the pool we had very attentive waiters and even the staff passing by were very friendly. It is very appreciated to see the staff smiling and greeting. We were there last year and it is undoubtedly the best place to spend a free day and feel at home. Congratulations on a job well done!

I have been for the second time on a day pass at this hotel, the first time we loved it, there is a menu of very good cocktails thanks to the guys at the bar for their great work, we were also lucky enough to meet Ivania both times, this woman is wonderful He does a spectacular job, he takes the fifth star without a doubt!! We had never felt so well cared for and he tried to keep everyone with a drink despite the high temperatures, always with a super smile, we will return again and hopefully it will be for more than a day pass.
